The student is enrolling in a nationally recognised course via the eSkilled LMS/SMS (embedded iframe);
Parental or guardian consent has been obtained (as required by eSkilled’s enrolment process and in compliance with APP 3 and the Privacy Act 1988);
The information is necessary for AVETMISS reporting, USI creation, and ASQA accreditation.

All data for students under 16 is collected, stored, and managed exclusively by eSkilled in accordance with their privacy policy and Australian privacy laws.

We do not use this information for marketing and apply additional safeguards to protect the privacy of younger students.

Parents or guardians may access, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information by contacting us or eSkilled directly.

10. International Data Transfer

Wix may transfer data to servers in the USA or Israel (with appropriate safeguards under APP 8)
Stripe processes payments globally (PCI DSS compliant)
eSkilled stores course data in Australia
